Mindfulness meditation is a practice of self awareness, relaxing without self judgment or trying too hard. Often as a new beginner you become so relaxed that you fall asleep. However with practice you will find you are still relaxed but more aware of your surroundings.

As a practice mindfulness meditation has a way of helping you look at things differently and in the moment. A lot of people who become overstressed and anxious have a tendency to over think and worry about the future or past. This is a practice of being in the NOW and focusing with kindness towards yourself and therefore staying more present and calm.

Mindfulness practice may be done seated, lying even walking, the practice is more about bieng comfortable. Allowing yourself time to settle and be in the moment, focusing on the breath.
