Class Details 

Join me for a live online mindfulness guided meditation class every Monday evening. A way to reduce stress, improve your self-esteem and self-awareness. Class begins with a talk about mindfulness, followed by a body scan and guided meditation. Be part of a community of like-minded people. Raising our consciousness together, online is a great way to begin the week, from your own home or space.
