I offer online personalised one-to-one mindfulness meditation mentoring.
Tailored to your individual needs. As an experienced mindfulness meditation, NLP coach and crystal healer. I provide one-hour consultations where we explore your lifestyle and identify strategies to enhance your outlook and well-being.
Each sessions includes a personalised visualisation meditation you can use daily.
The primary goal is to help you develop your practice of mindfulness and learn how to be less stressed and more happy. With a renewed sense of optimism and effective strategies for achieving balance and calm.
Mindfulness helps you notice stress, become more aware of triggers, and respond to them more effectively. Through self-awareness, you can seamlessly integrate these practices into your daily life.
The online sessions are accessible from anywhere in the world and provide the support you need at your convenience.
If you would prefer in person mentoring, my studio is in Bodiam East Sussex and can be arranged at time of booking.
