Join me for one of my weekly in-person 45 or 60-minute mindfulness meditation classes in East Sussex or Kent. In today’s fast-paced world, we all seek ways to enhance our mental. spiritual, emotional and physical well-being.

About my Classes

Welcome to my live mindfulness-guided meditation classes. Beginning with a talk about mindfulness followed by a body scan and guided meditation. This class is stress relieving and a way to get to know yourself in a calm, supportive safe space. Igniting your senses, heightening your ability to focus and concentrate on being in the now. You will leave the class feeling replenished and calm with renewed confidence. Classes are relaxing and non-judgmental.

Wear comfortable clothing 

Bring a yoga mat, block and small blanket (not imperative)

Meditation can be lying or sitting
